Erica F. Gloger has been practicing law in the DC metropolitan area for over 16 years. With a
special passion for helping local individuals and families navigate the complexities of wealth
planning, probate, and urban business/life ventures, she is committed to providing
compassionate and personalized legal guidance at reasonable rates.

Ms. Gloger’s areas of practice include Probate & Contested Estates, Estate Planning (wills,
trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives), Real Estate & Condominium Law,
Tax Exempt Organizations and General Business & Contracts. Her work has been published in
legal publications, including LexisNexis Practical Guidance for DC Estate Planning (2022-
present) and the Whitman Walker Health Pro Bono Attorneys Training Manual chapter on
Planning for Incapacity and Death (2017), and she is often invited to speak on these topics.

Ms. Gloger was named one of the 40 Best Under 40 by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association
(2015) for her passionate advocacy and fundraising for marriage equality and extensive pro
bono service hours. She is currently an active volunteer with Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets
and the Dupont Circle Business Improvement District and serves as the Legal Counsel for the
Elderly’s attorney referral panel.

Ms. Gloger earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University
in 2003 and previously graduated cum laude with her B.A. from American University’s School of
Public Affairs. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of
Maryland.

Outside of the office, Ms. Gloger enjoys yoga, international travel, and scouting for the best
artisan pizza.
