Mark Griffin, a seasoned attorney with over 50 years of experience, is the Managing Partner of
Griffin & Griffin LLP. His practice focuses on real estate, business, and probate law, and he
has cultivated deep expertise and long-standing relationships within Washington, D.C.
Business community.


Mr. Griffin’s areas of practice include Real Estate Finance, Development, Litigation & Structuring of
Real Estate Transactions; Estate Planning; Probate of Decedent’s Estates; Litigation of
Contested Estates; and Business Formations, Transactions & Disputes. He is admitted to
practice law in the District of Columbia (1973) and the State of Maryland (1973).
